Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Appointment Cancellation: Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other patients in need of our services.

  2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee. The fee amount will be specified in your appointment confirmation.

  3. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a charge equivalent to the full appointment fee.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds for Services: Refunds for services rendered are only provided in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Well Nexus Health Care Service. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  2. Refunds for Unused Services: If a client has prepaid for a service package but is unable to utilize the remaining services due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund may be issued for the unused portion of the services. The refund amount will be calculated based on the pro-rata value of the unused services.

  3. Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within [specify number of days, e.g., 7 business days] from the date of the refund request approval.
